Workshops and courses are designed for young people who struggle in the classroom environment and to compliment mainstream education.
The YCP’s provision inspire young people who may lack motivation or interests in some subjects and/or have special educational needs.
The YCP understand that for some young people the school environment and curriculum can be difficult to navigate. We use experience based education and informal learning environments to engage young people.
Workshops and courses are delivered from YCP’s purpose built youth centre, community allotment and woodland site.
Young people's work can be evidenced and accredited through ASDAN ’s short courses, providing certification for future education providers and employers.
